Disfruta tu salud INGLES


All the members of our families are neutral healthy and unhealthy at the same time but all depends of us, you can make the difference in your family all depends if you start to do exercise or eat healthy and your family will see what is better for us but the most important things is to have fun, share time with your family, outdoors and breath fresh air and do exercise.
 








The healthy life that my grandparents had, was better that the diet that we have nowadays.
The ideal diet is to have 3 main meals and 2 little meals between meals, the little ones need to be an apple, an energy bar of bran or a juice.
In the main meal we should eat meat, vegetables, fruit, and water to recover the energy that we lost during the day, we should eat between 1800 and 2500 calories per day.
Finally the thing that we will eat need to be natural not from a package because that generate garbage.
